I’m a former dancer, but a true creative forever. Born and raised in New Jersey, I grew up dancing from the early age of three and had fallen in love with the art. I’d like to believe I’ve grown to be as disciplined and creative due to my early dancer life; the strict rehearsals, the consistent classes after school from 5-9:30 pm Monday thru Thursday, and all the in between things like dance competitions, extra performances, and end-of-year dance recitals. I grew up watching everyone around me create, and all I wanted to do was make creations of my own.

In my last years of dance I found myself as a choreographer, creating and setting dances and movement on myself and others. This is what inspired me to do something with my creativity, do something more with it. That leads me to where I am now, a creative individual at Savannah College of Art & Design studying architecture.

The relationship between movement and architecture inspires me, and it shapes the way I view the built environment; nothing is stagnant, everything is active and in motion.
